How do I track my order? Back to top

After an order has been shipped, a shipped confirmation email is sent containing order details and a FedEx Tracking number. Your order can be tracked via using the given tracking number.

You can also track your order by the following steps:

  1. Click "My Account" at the top right of any page.
  2. Login using email and password.
  3. Click "Order History" to view all current and past orders.
    • Each order has a status: Pending, In Progress, Shipped, or Cancelled .
  4. Only orders that are in Shipped status will have a tracking number.
  5. Click on the tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
    • Tracking number links directly to the website.

Once you place an order with, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been submitted. A second email will follow after the order has been shipped. This email will contain your order details as well as shipping details, including a FedEx tracking number.

Proccess Time Back to top

All in-stock orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) at 8am PST. Orders placed at after 8am PST are processed the following business day. Any orders submitted on Friday are not processed until the following Monday.

Delivery time is calculated by adding the processing time with the shipping method you have chosen.

*Please allow one to two business days for processing.

Note: does not ship or deliver orders on weekends. When calculating your delivery time, do not include weekend days or holidays.

Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy to learn how to return your product for a refund.

Orders that are still in "Pending" status may be cancelled in the "My Account" section.
